Invoice will be sent from an external company after the session. This company charges a fee of 1.75% of the price plus NOK 20, which is added to the price when the invoice is sent.
It is recommended to book a 90-minute session for the first couples therapy sessions.
For clients under 18 years of age, the guardian must be the contact person. For clients under 16, it is helpful if one or both guardians are present as long as the client is comfortable with this.
Sessions that have not been cancelled or changed within 72 hours before the agreed time must be paid in full. This also applies to illness, i.e. both if you become ill and if you have to stay home with a sick child.
